Parents may also purchase additional photos:

The parent who helps coordinate the photographer’s visit and supports the project receives a complimentary download link with all photos from their child’s session.
You’ve selected the yearbook design. What’s next?
- Schedule the photo day by coordinating the date with the classroom teacher and the photographer.
- Choose the number of spreads for your photo book.
The standard book includes 5 spreads:- Individual portrait spread
- Classroom photos with friends
- Rest time
- Outdoor play or PE (confirmed with parents before photo day)
- Class group page (class composite)
- Provide the photographer’s documents to the school office so a visitor badge can be issued.
The photographer has all required documentation to work on school premises. - Submit a 50% deposit on photo day.
- Photo session begins at 8:00 AM.
- All children should arrive on time, as group photos are taken according to the class list. (The photographer arrives at 7:30 AM to set up lighting and backdrop.)
- After the session, parents select their favorite images to complete their child’s book.
- Review and confirm spelling of names and captions on the class composite page.
- Pick up your graduation yearbook and treasure these sweet memories for years to come.

Standard 5-spread book — $300
Includes 16 selected photos (4 per spread; the 5th spread is the class composite).
If you prefer fewer spreads:
- 4 spreads — $280 (12 selected photos)
- 3 spreads — $260
- 2 spreads — $240
- Class composite only — $220
Each removed spread reduces the price by $20
